How and When Do I Pay?

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due at the time of your session, and an invoice will be sent beforehand for easy online payment. Final images will be delivered, and editing will begin once the balance has been paid in full.

How Do I Book A Session?

To book, click “Booking” in the menu and choose the date and time that works best for you. If you have any questions, feel free to visit the “Contact Me” page and I’d be happy to help!

How long does it take to receive our photos?

You can expect to receive your full online gallery within 3-4 weeks for portrait, couples, and family sessions, and 6-8 weeks for weddings. You’ll receive sneak peeks within a few days after the shoot!

What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?

Deposits are non-refundable, but I am always happy to work with you to reschedule if something unexpected arises. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so I can adjust my calendar accordingly.

Where are you located?

I am based in Stephenville, Texas, and serve Weatherford, Fort Worth, and the surrounding areas. I’m happy to travel for sessions. Travel within 40 miles of Stephenville is included. Locations beyond this radius are $0.90 per mile for gas and drive time.

How many images will we receive?

Each package includes a set number of edited images, which varies by package. I focus on delivering a gallery that highlights the best moments and gives you a beautiful variety to choose from.

Do you offer prints and downloads?

Yes! Your online gallery includes high-resolution digital downloads and the option to order professional-quality prints and products directly from your gallery.

What if I want to add a person or outfit to the package I chose?

Additional people or outfit changes may be added for an extra fee depending on your package and session type. Just let me know what you’re wanting to add and I’ll be happy to go over options and pricing with you before your session!

What if the weather is bad?

If the weather isn’t cooperating, we’ll reschedule your session at no additional cost. I always keep an eye on the forecast and will be in touch if changes are needed.

Can we choose our location?

Absolutely! I’m happy to suggest locations around Stephenville, Weatherford, and the DFW area, or you can choose a spot that’s meaningful to you.

How do we receive our photos?

You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can download, share, and order prints with just a few clicks.

Do you provide RAW or unedited photos?

To ensure consistent quality and editing style, RAW and unedited photos are not provided. All final images are carefully edited to match my signature style and delivered as finished, high-resolution files.
